Description
RN II - ICU / CVICU / MICU | EPIC CONVERSION | AUTO OFFER
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA 93405
Shift: Nights (36/48hrs/week)
Required Qualifications:
- Active CA RN License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Critical Care Nursing course completed
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- TNCC (required within 1 year of hire)
- Previous ICU experience preferred (6+ months)
- Epic experienced required
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Ventilator management
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Neuro/trauma and ICP/ventriculostomy monitoring
- ECG rhythm interpretation
- Emergency and code response
- Medication administration
- IV therapy and blood product administration
- Management of central lines, catheters, and drains
- Safe operation of critical care equipment
- Strong patient assessment and rapid intervention skills
