Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses. To be successful as an RN, you should be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good RN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
