Description

RN – Labor & Delivery | Boston, MA

Start Date: 08/10/26

Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Must Have Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License at the time of submission (Required)
Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
High-Risk/Tertiary Care experience required
Postpartum experience required (must be willing to float between L&D and PP)
Epic experience preferred
BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
No first-time travelers
No local candidates (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility)

Unit Details:

Level III NICU
High-volume Labor & Delivery unit
Experience with VBACs, Cesarean sections, and natural deliveries required

Schedule Requirements:

Minimum of 4 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2 Friday shifts every 6-week schedule
One 12-hour on-call shift required every 6 weeks
