• Number of Beds - 24
• Number of Staff - 19 staff members with 6 new nurses onboarding within this month
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - 1 charge, 5 nurses and an Admin Care tech - we function primary nursing care model
• Night Shift - 1 charge and 5 nurses when we are full
• Patient Ratios - 1:5
• EMR - Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital acute care Oncology RN experience
• BLS
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Chemo certification
• ACLS

• Standard med surg care
• Chemo administration
