Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Lakeport, CA

Setting: Home Health

Duration: 13-weeks

Patient Load: 4-5 Patients per day

Compensation

Travel Package: $3,206/week + mileage reimbursement

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Requirements

CA PT License
State License
1+ yrs experience as an HH Physical Therapist
Willingness to travel between patients - Mileage reimbursement provided!
- CA driver's license & auto insurance!
