Description

Position: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5/2 schedule)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a day shift assignment. The schedule is 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM on a 5/2 rotation.
This facility averages 15–25 deliveries per month and utilizes OBIX and MedHost EMR systems.

The Labor & Delivery and Nursery units are connected. In most cases, the LPN covers the Nursery, while the RN is responsible for laboring patients.

Requirements

Active Louisiana (LA) RN license or Compact (Multistate) RN license at the time of submission
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
AHA NRP
AWHONN certification
All certifications must be active at the time of submission
