Description

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

 

Compensation:

  • Local Pay: $53.00 to $58.00/hour (W-2)
  • Travel Pay: $2,400.00 to $2,550.00 gross per week
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.48/mile (from first patient to last patient)

Location: Brewton, AL, 36426; Coverage Area: Atmore, Brewton, Evergreen, Monroeville

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled home health nursing care by completing Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), Discharge, and routine skilled nursing visits, while ensuring accurate OASIS documentation and timely patient assessments within the assigned coverage area.
  • Utilize HCHB (Homecare Homebase) (preferred) or similar EMR to maintain compliant documentation, coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in the rotating on-call schedule to deliver high-quality patient care.

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 40 M-Friday 8-4:30 PM

Productivity expectations: 30 points

On Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 4 weeks starting on friday 4:30 ending at 8am Monday
Coverage Areas: Atmore, Brewton, Evergreen, Monroeville
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): M-F
