- Patient Diagnoses: Medical surgical trauma ICU with respiratory failure, sepsis, and head bleeds related to trauma.
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Trach and G-tube placement.
- Special Equipment: ICP monitoring, arterial lines, Flotrac monitoring, BIS, Train of Four
Job Overview
- Do not need license in hand to apply / must obtain required license before contract begins.
- 36 or 48 hour contract.
- Targeted patient ratios are 1:2-3.
- Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
- BLS, ACLS & Trachs required.
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred.
- Travel experience preferred.
- EPIC experience required.
Floating and Other Requirements
- Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. May float to other Premier hospitals within 15 miles. Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts per 13-week contract or terminate with 2 weeks' notice. Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health employee incentives.
RTO
- Request RTO with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer. Approval at Manager's discretion.
