Description
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: Varied start times with 10-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Active California Pharmacist License (must be current and in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- At least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience in a decentralized setting
- Experience using Epic EMR
- Computer proficiency with pharmacy software and Windows
- Strong clinical judgment and medication management skills
Job Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense medications safely and accurately.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication recommendations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and California pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation in Epic.
Additional Information
- W-2 employees only (1099 contractors are not accepted).
- No bilingual requirement.
- No holiday coverage required.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Overtime applies after 40 hours per week.
- Maximum 5 submissions per agency.
