Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Contract Opportunity

Position Highlights

• Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract through at least November
• Approximately 5–10 patients per day
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
• Low-stress, team-oriented practice
• No Insurance or Claims 

Patient Population

Provide care exclusively for employees and their dependents in an employer-sponsored health clinic. This setting allows providers to establish continuity of care while practicing in a slower-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary care and preventive health services
• Chronic disease management
• Weight management
• Evaluation and treatment of minor acute illnesses and injuries
• Walk-in patient care as needed
• Pre-employment physicals and employee health screenings
• Patient education and wellness counseling
• Accurate documentation and collaboration with the clinical team

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with an experienced clinical team
