Description

*MUST HAVE IV ROOM AND STERILE COMPOUNDING EXPERIENCE* 

SHIFT:  Varied shifts which include 3:30pm-12MN and 12MN to 8:30am

 

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy. 

Certifications & Licensure: -Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

-One (1) year of Pharmacist experience.

-Pharmacy dispensing system experience. 

-Sterile Processing experience. 

-IV room experience. 

-Knowledge of an EMR (Electronic Medical Records system)
