🏥 About the Role – ICU RN

We are seeking experienced ICU nurses to join a high-performing Medical ICU team. This role is ideal for RNs who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are confident managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to critically ill adult patients in the MICU
Perform detailed assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and invasive monitoring devices
Monitor hemodynamics, labs, and patient responses to treatment
Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams
Respond to rapid response and code situations
Accurately document all care in Epic EMR

✅ Requirements

Active RN License (CA or compact eligible)
Recent ICU experience required (acute care)
Epic experience within the last 12 months – REQUIRED ⚠️
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
BSN – Preferred
