Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
Weekly Hours: 36/40/48 options (OT after 40 hrs for 36–40 hr contracts, OT after 48 hrs for 48 hr contracts)
Shift: Varies
Weekend Call: Required (Friday after shift through Monday 6:30 AM)
On-Call Pay: $9/hr
Call Back: 1.5x pay (2-hour minimum)
EMR: Epic
Patient Ratio: 1:1
OR Suites: 16 (typically 12–14 active)
Average Cases: 35–50 per day
Required Experience:
- OR circulating experience required
- Scrub experience preferred
- Ability to work multiple service lines
Service Lines:
- Cardiac/PV
- Neuro
- Ortho Trauma
- Robotics
- General Surgery
- GYN
- Urology
- Pediatrics
- Transplant
- ENT
- Plastics
Equipment: 3 Da Vinci Robots, Stealth Navigation, Synthes & Stryker systems
Scrubs: Hospital provided
Float: Required across multiple campuses
Radius Rule: 50 miles (local travelers accepted at reduced rate)
Holiday Requirement: Must work 1–2 major holidays if scheduled
