🤱 About the Role – Labor & Delivery RN

We are seeking experienced L&D nurses to join a collaborative team providing high-quality maternal and newborn care. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy day shifts, strong pay, and working in a close-knit, community-focused hospital.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal condition
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management
Respond to obstetric emergencies
Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care
Document all care accurately in Epic & Cerner EMR systems

✅ Requirements

Active RN License (CA or compact eligible)
Recent Labor & Delivery experience required (acute care)
Epic AND Cerner experience – REQUIRED ⚠️
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
BSN – Preferred
