Triage call Center RN(Peds/Internal Medicine)
Schedule - 8:30a-5:30p, Monday-Friday, ON SITE at call center
Weekend REQ: No
HARDSTOP Required skills and experience - Must be able to type 40 WPM. Previous Telephone Triage, ambulatory care/outpatient call center experience.
Telephone Triage for pediatric and internal medicine patients. Handling of Epic inbasket requests including Advice requests, Refill Requests, Internal Communications with providers. Inbound/Outbound calls with patients and pharmacies.
Required Certs: BLS
Required charting experience: EPIC
Local Rate: $5 less – considered within 75 miles
Local OK: Yes – within 75 miles
Licensure: NC or Compact license in hand
First-Timer: NO
Orientations: Bi-Weekly.
