5x8 days, 6:30-15:00, every other weekend with Wed. off
UNIT: EEG TECH
MGR INTERVIEW
Minimum experience: 1 year
Required certs to be attached upon submittal: R EEG T
Education: Neurophysiology Tech Associates Degree or Equivalent
EMR: Epic
Special skills required: Performs appropriate diagnostic procedures related to the identification and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders. Demonstrates competency and functions independently utilizing appropriate judgment in an inpatient setting. Follows departmental procedure related to application of electrodes using rigid collodion. Ability to identify electrographic abnormalities and communicate results to the attending physician. Communicates clearly and effectively with other technologists and hospital staff. Position is primarily in an EMU setting and knowledge related to pediatric LTM and sEEG is preferred.
