Emergency Department RN

Job Overview

Contract role in an emergency department setting
Mid shift: 10:30am–11:00pm
Rotating weekends
36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department
Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care processes as needed
Coordinate with specialists and ancillary departments to support patient care and flow
Communicate changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results to physicians
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
