Occupational Therapist (Home Health)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health OT experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS certification required
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred (training required if no experience)
- Epic experience required
- Geriatric patient experience
- Willing to travel 50–100 miles/day (mileage reimbursed)
- Productivity: ~25 units/week (6 visits/day)
- Floating within scope as needed
- No weekends | Holiday rotation required
