Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Facility: Medical City Alliance
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 4 Weekend Shifts/Month
Unit Information
- Unit Size: 10 LDR Rooms, 2 OBED Beds
- Patient Ratio: 2:1 (High-Risk: 1:1 or 2:1 if stable)
- EMR/Documentation System: CPN (Centricity) & Meditech
- Common Procedures: Cesarean Sections, BTLs (Tubal Ligation), Salpingectomies
- Floating: Postpartum Unit and Medical Floor (Tech duties only)
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
Weekend Requirement: 4 Weekend Shifts per Month
Pay Breakdown:
W2: $21.00/hr
Stipend: $1,700.57/week
Weekly Gross: $2,456.57/week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN experience.
- Active RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required.
- Experience as an O.R. Circulator.
- Ability to care for high-risk obstetric patients.
