📋 Role Overview:
• Provide behavioral health and counseling services in a structured clinical setting
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and counseling sessions
• Support individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs
• Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with case management and patient advocacy as needed
✅ Requirements:
• Active Tennessee LCSW or LPC license
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Strong behavioral health and counseling experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
