Description

Must live 51+ miles from hospital

Contract length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 40

Shift: 1:30pm to 10pm

Float requirement: Main campus MRI department

On-Call Requirements: Evening and weekend call with a 30-minute response time. Weeknight call is typically one night every few weeks from 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with occasional call-backs. 

Weekend call runs from 10:30 PM Friday through 5:00 AM Monday. 

As this is on-call coverage only, there is no weekday off following a call weekend. 

Candidates will likely be assigned one call weekend, currently anticipated to be September 26.

 

Weekend requirements: likely 2-3 Saturdays in the 13 weeks 

Holidays: Halloween Saturday possible

 

ALL Required Licenses and Certifications: ARRT (MR) and ARC or AHA BLS Required Education (ex: BSN or AND): Associate's degree and above Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 1 year minimum/2 or more preferred. Acute Community Hospital experience preferred Epic charting: highly preferred Unit Overview: 3 MRI scanner department serving Inpt, ED, Outpatients Primary Case/Procedure Types: all inc. body, neuro, breastScrubs: any professional scrubs
