Cath Lab Tech - 8hr Variable Days (16 weeks) - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI *Cross Posted with a Scrub RN need - only 1 opening* **Previous travel required - 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate in Neenah, WI **Contract Length: 16 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40Primary Location: ThedaCare AppletonShift: 8hr Variable DaysShift times: 0630-1500 or 0730-1600Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials DepartmentOn Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response timeWeekends: As needed - due to callHolidays: As needed - due to callRequired License/Certs: ARRT & WI License as a Radiographer or RCIS & AHA BLS & AHA ACLS Minimum of 3 years experienceRequired Skillset: Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart ProceduresPrimary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, VascularNO NEW TRAVELERS - must have at least one completed contractScrub Colors: Provided50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
