Perm - Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Coordinator (Days) Peterborough, NH
The position of the Clinical Coordinator (RN) -- Behavioral Health
Salary Range: $34.14 - 51.21/hour
Shift Times:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift Notes:
8:00am to 5pm (M-F)
Weekend Requirements:
Some Saturday's Required.
On Call Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Associates or better in Nursing. [REQUIRED]
- Bachelors or better in Nursing. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- At least two years of experience in a medical office setting. [REQUIRED]
- Pediatrics experience. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Direct medical office experience, including past clinical staff supervision. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing verified via Nursys. [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Basic Life Support Certification - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
- Support and Advocacy: Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.
- Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through ongoing professional development activities.
