Registered Nurse — Med Surg/Telemetry
Job Overview
- Location: Rock Island, Illinois

Role Summary
- Provides professional/clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience with at least 1 year of experience within the last year.
- Oncology experience.
- Experience with Epic.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- ACLS.
- Driver's License.
- Work history/resume.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- License verification.
- Copy of required certifications.
- One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
Additional Notes
- Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Local candidates may be accepted for Madison with a 10% rate reduction.
