Description

Operating Room (OR) RN – Level I Trauma

Contract Details

Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (40 hours/week)
Start: ASAP (approximately 4 weeks for compliance)
No Local Travelers: Must live 50+ miles from the facility

Schedule

Day/Evening Rotation
2 × 8-hour shifts + 2 × 12-hour shifts per week
Up to 2 weekends/month (working or on-call)
Short call: Once weekly (3 AM–7 AM or 5 PM–9 PM)
Weekend/Holiday Call: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
On-call response time: 30 minutes

Performs bariatric, neuro, orthopedic trauma, spine, plastic reconstruction, robotic, kidney, and liver transplant procedures

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License (required at submission)
BILH Coversheet required
IVS interview with offer
Interview availability must be provided at submission
All RTO requests must be submitted with the application
