Description
REQUIREMENTS:
✅ 1+ Year of Experience as a Pathologists’ Assistant
✅ PA(ASCP) Certified
OR
✅ Eligible for PA(ASCP) and must obtain certification within 12 months after hire
PA(ASCP) Eligibility Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Biological or Health Sciences
✔ Completion of a NAACLS-Accredited Pathologists’ Assistant Program
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
🔹 Grossing & photographing specimens
🔹 Assisting with frozen sections
🔹 Supporting Anatomic Pathology operations
🔹 Administrative & protocol support duties
⚠ IMPORTANT:
Candidates should currently be working as a Pathologists’ Assistant with solid recent experience and stable work history.
📌 Candidates MUST have the following clearly mentioned on the resume:
1️⃣ Bachelor’s Degree field
2️⃣ Completion of NAACLS-accredited PA Program
