Description

Are you a licensed Pharmacy Technician looking for a FRESH START? If so, we can help YOU! HANSTAFF is a nationwide healthcare staffing company that has partnered with Correctional Facilities across your State to help them find AMAZING Nurses. We’re looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client’s medical facility!

Pay Rate: $32.49 / hour

Details

Full Time Schedules 
Some weekends may be required
8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
MON-FRI0800-1600
Duties

Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
Receive and process prescription orders
Label and package medications accurately
Maintain medication inventory and restock supplies
Process insurance claims and payments
Assist customers with prescription pick-up and questions
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
Operate pharmacy software and cash register
Follow safety, confidentiality, and pharmacy regulations
Keep the pharmacy clean and organized
Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited educational institution
Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the State in CO. The license MUST be in good standing
1 year of experience 
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date credentials in the state of CO
