*Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT or CRT ND state lic*
NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT
*MUST HAVE NICU EXPERIENCE*
- Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?): Neonatal to geriatrics. Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, cardiac
- What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.): All areas throughout the facility
- RT Equipment (Brand for Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow): Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60 Respironics
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 0600-1830, 1800-0630
- Weekend Requirements: Rotating every third weekend
- Holiday Requirements: Every third holiday
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 3-12 hour shifts
- Additional Notes: RTs are respected by all other disciplines, staff is friendly. Attributes that will make an RT successful here include being able to work independently, make clinical judgements, and work closely with physicians
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
