Description

Able to supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists Adherence to ASHA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, ethics during professional practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. 
Active ASHA and State Licensure
Submission requirements: 1 year of SLP experience -REQUIRED
LTC or Rehab experience -Required
TX State License -Required
CCC certified SLP -Required
3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred
Will accept one Reference at time of submission
BLS AHA
