HIGHLIGHTS:

• 24 months of of current operating room experience [required]
• circulating / operating room experience [required]
• scrub experience [highly preferred]
• experience in the following cases: General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma [required]
• additional experience in the following cases: (Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular) [highly preferred]
• EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required]
• Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred]
• Trauma level II experience [required]
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 15 mos. [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing) [required]
• Nursy s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date[preferred]
• Driver s License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS [required]
