Travel CVOR RN – Cardiac Surgery | 3x12s - Days | Bronx, NY
Are you a highly skilled CVOR RN with both circulating and scrub experience? Take your expertise to one of New York's leading academic medical centers and work alongside renowned cardiac surgery specialists performing complex, high-acuity procedures.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced cardiac OR nurse looking to expand their skills while earning competitive travel pay in the heart of the Bronx.
Position Details
- 700 beds
- Teaching Hospital
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Magnet Hospital
- Shift: nights - 7pm - 7am
- Start date ASAP
- 13 weeks to start with opportunity to extend!
- Epic charting system
- Parking available (traveler should expect parking expenses)
Requirements
- Active NY RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- CVOR experience required
- Circulating and scrub experience required
Must have recent experience scrubbing and/or circulating the following procedures:
- CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)
- EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvest)
- Chest Closure
- Thoracoscopy
- Wedge Resection
- Aortic Valve Procedures
- Mitral Valve Procedures
Pay Details - $3064/week
- 36 hours/week
- $20/hr base rate
- $80/hr OT rate
- $1700/week housing stipend (tax free)
- $644/week meals & incidentals (tax free)
- $400 travel reimbursement
