Description
Therapist – Indianapolis, IN
Locals are accepted
Start: ASAP (targeting Aug 10 or Aug 17)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Must Have:
- LCSW, LPC, or other Master's-level Licensed Clinician
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active Indiana license
- Experience with treatment planning, individual counseling, and group counseling
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
Preferred:
- 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or acute care settings
- Inpatient behavioral health experience
- Trauma-informed care experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily individual and group therapy
- Develop and oversee patient treatment plans
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead care conferences and provide clinical updates
- Complete psychosocial assessments and documentation
- Facilitate discharge planning and continuity of care
- Ensure an exceptional patient and family experience throughout recovery
