Description
Position: Neurodiagnostic Technician (EMU)
Schedule: 13-week assignment | 3x12s | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Weekend Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree from a CAAHEP-accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) program
- Minimum 5 years of Neurodiagnostic experience
- Recent EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) experience
- Ability to recognize abnormal EEG patterns and seizure clinical manifestations
- Must be able to quickly distinguish between electroclinical, subclinical, and functional events and communicate findings appropriately
- R.EEG T credential or higher
- CLTM (Certification in Long-Term Monitoring)
- Current AHA BLS certification
