ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Nights | Tahlequah, OK | $65/hr.

📍 Location: W. W. Hastings Hospital – Tahlequah, Oklahoma
💰 Pay Rate: $65 an hour.
🌙 Shift: PRN Nights
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/21/2026)
⏰ Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 2 shifts/week
 

Job Summary:
 

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit at W. W. Hastings Hospital. The RN will provide high-quality critical care to adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU.
• Care for adult and pediatric critically ill patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications using the Pyxis medication dispensing system.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
• Follow ICU protocols and infection control policies.
• Wear a mask at all times while working in the ICU.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. 

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License.
• Minimum 3 years of ICU RN experience.
• Pediatric ICU/critical care experience required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills. 

Unit Information:

• ICU Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1
• Step-Down Unit Ratio: 3:1
• EMR: Cerner
• Medication System: Pyxis
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue 

Schedule:

• PRN Night Shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 2 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
