• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Will hire for straight weekends if preferred by candidate.

• Call Requirements: N/A
• Required Certifications: NIH and Swallow Screen preferred
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: If needed, but rare

• Additional Notes: Needs to be competent in dysrhythmia. Will take a dysrhythmia and math dosage test on day one of orientation. Will provide study guide along with Welcome packet in email. Must be available for holidays as decided during phone screening

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 22
• Patient Ratios: 5:1, 6:1

• Equipment: Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, cardiac monitors
• EHR: EPIC

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: NIH and Swallow Screen preferred, neuro is ideal
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizure, common urinary, common respiratory, rarely cardiac, active RN license 
• Personality Fit: Will determine during phone screening

• Required Education: Will provide all necessary facility education
