Required:
2+ YEARS OF NICU EXP
BLS, NRP
Ratios: 1:1-3 depending on acuity and staffing

Charting System: EPIC

Trauma Level: 3

Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes

Common titratable &/or set rate drips: BP drugs, TPN/D10, Insulin

Floating Requirements: Can float to peds to care for NICU grads, any patient until 12 months of age or be a 1:1 sitter for a behavioral health patient PP to help with well baby

Pros

I currently have been a traveler nurse for over 5 years. This is my far my favorite traveler experience. Onboarding is very easy. Jane and other communicate well. This was an issue in the beginning of my assignment but Jane quickly and nicely happen the issue. I will definitely do an assignment with this place again.
