Description
LTAC/Rehab RN – Travel Contract (Days)
- Shift: Days, 4x12s
- Schedule Options: 36 or 48 hours/week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS (required before first shift)
- ACLS (required if applicable to facility)
- Minimum 2 years of bedside RN experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform patient assessments, documentation, and discharge planning
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Additional Details:
- Opportunity to work 36 or 48 hours/week
- Charge nurse responsibilities may be assigned after orientation
