Arizona license required for submission or must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval. PTA 5 days/week 32 hour guarantee The listed bill rate is intended for candidates who meet all the preferred qualifications.
Local candidate also accepted at the rate of $31/hr on W2.
