Job Overview

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician
Electrophysiology Technician experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

ARRT or CCI

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Emergency contact form
Physical exam within 6 months of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or declination
COVID-19 vaccination documentation
Skills checklist, updated annually
Facility parking registration form
Facility-specific training modules during the first week

Additional Notes

No weekends or call
Automatic redirect for felony, misdemeanor, DUI/DWI, or controlled medication violations
