Job Title: Travel Working Supervisor / Charge Nurse (Med/Surg & ER) - Night Shift

Job Description: Take on a unique leadership travel assignment at Grape Community Hospital in Hamburg, IA! We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Working Supervisor and Charge Nurse overseeing both our Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room departments. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide clinical care, support nursing staff, and manage patient care across inpatient and emergency settings.

Contract Details:

• Target Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Shift: 12-hour Nights (19:00–07:30; 36 guaranteed hours/week).
• Schedule Preference: Specifically seeking candidates available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in emergency room and medical-surgical nursing, with prior charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Certifications: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are strictly required at submission.
• Specialized Training: Any previous OB or Newborn stabilization education/training must be included in your submittal package.
