Description
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent PCU/Stepdown experience (ICU experience alone does not qualify).
- Experience caring for 1:5 patient ratios in a PCU/Stepdown setting.
- Ventilator experience is required.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Strong skills in telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, central line management, respiratory care, and dysrhythmia interpretation.
- Ability to pass an online EKG/Telemetry competency assessment before assignment.
