We are partnered with a well known Occupational Medicine Clinic that is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Director who is passionate about delivering exceptional care while leading a small clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to develop leadership skills, mentor others, and influence clinic operations—without the burden of extensive administrative responsibilities.
 

Whether you're an experienced PT looking to grow as a leader or a motivated new graduate with leadership potential, we'd love to meet you.

Patient Volume

• 12–14 patients per day
• One patient every 30 minutes

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• DPT preferred
• New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
• CPR Certification preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for mentoring and delivering outstanding patient care

Compensation

Full-Time Salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually

PRN Rate: $50–$70/hour

Potential Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Guide patients through rehabilitation to maximize recovery and functional outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to PTAs and rehabilitation aides
• Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
