We have partnered with a thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Panama City, Florida to hire a passionate Physical Therapist.
 

Recently expanded to over 6,000 square feet, this modern clinic offers an outstanding environment for clinicians who love orthopedics, manual therapy, and helping patients return to doing what they love. Best of all, you'll be working just minutes from the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Florida's Gulf Coast.
 

Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate, this is an incredible opportunity to build your skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
• Adult patient population
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No weekends
• 12–14 patients per day (maximum of 16)
• Approximately 3.8 billing units per visit

• One-on-one mentorship and clinical development

   

  Compensation

  $85,000 – $88,000 annually
  Based on experience

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT or DPT)
• Eligible for Florida licensure
• Passion for orthopedic and manual therapy
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Dry Needling certification is a plus (not required)
