Locations: Phoenix Metro (7 Clinics) & Yuma, Arizona (2 Clinics)

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience

Whether you're a new graduate, an experienced clinician, or returning to practice, you'll have the support and resources to succeed.
Position Highlights

Mentorship for New Graduates
New graduates and clinicians returning to practice are encouraged to apply.
You'll begin with approximately 8 patients per day and participate in a structured 3–5 month "Ease Into Practice" Mentorship Program designed to help you build confidence while developing your clinical skills.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team
- Maintain accurate documentation using modern EMR technology
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) or eligible for Arizona licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Team-oriented mindset
- New graduates welcome
Preferred (Not Required)
- Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
- Manual Therapy
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
- Trigger Point Dry Needling
Training and mentorship are available for therapists interested in developing these specialty skills.
