Schedule
- Shift: Day, 06:30 - 19:00
- Hours per week: Flexible options for 36 or 48 hours
- Call Requirement: Mandatory call coverage specifically for overnight vascular OR emergencies dispatched directly by the surgical team.
Clinical Details
- Specialty Focus: Surgical vascular interventions (such as aortic aneurysm repairs, peripheral bypasses, and endovascular stenting), dual-room hybrid OR support, and dedicated vascular imaging suites.
- Required Procedures: Providing intraoperative support across two hybrid ORs and managing C-Arm equipment for specialized vascular operations. Core responsibilities include retrieving surgical implants and operating fluoroscopy systems while scrub nurses and surgical techs maintain the sterile field.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent, dedicated Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience combined with a strong background in operating room environments.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid ARRT credentials - VI is a bonus
