This role requires strong fetal monitoring, emergency response, and postpartum care skills, with floating to Postpartum as needed.</p><p> </p><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience</li><li>Strong fetal monitoring and assessment skills</li><li>Experience responding to obstetric emergencies</li><li>Postpartum care experience</li><li>Strong time management and communication skills</li><li>Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team</li></ul><h3>Required Certifications</h3><ul><li>BLS</li><li>NRP</li><li>EFM certification</li><li>ACLS or ALS-OB</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Floating</h3><p>Travelers may float to Postpartum based on staffing needs.</p><p> </p><h3>Charting Systems</h3><ul><li>Meditech</li></ul>
