ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem
📍 Woodland Hills, CA
💲 🌙 Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
We are currently seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a premier healthcare team in Woodland Hills, California. This per diem opportunity is ideal for dedicated critical care nurses seeking flexibility while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Position Details
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Per Diem Position
- Overtime paid after 8 hours worked
Scheduling Requirements
✅ Must be available for a minimum of one shift per week or 4 shifts per month
✅ Must be available for at least one weekend shift per month
✅ Must be local to the Los Angeles surrounding area
Minimum Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Minimum of one year of ICU experience within the past three years
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Perform thorough patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards
