Description

We're seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to provide leadership and clinical support in a skilled nursing facility in Cedar Rapids, IA. This temporary role partners with the DON to oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff, and deliver high-quality resident care.

Requirements:

  • Active Iowa/Compact RN license
  • Previous ADON or nursing leadership experience in long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
