Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

Auburn & Kent, WA | Full-Time | Flexible Field-Based Schedule

Salary and Job Requirements

Salary Range: $75,920–$99,320 annually, based on experience
 

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Washington State PTA license in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between patient homes throughout South King County
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including extended standing, lifting, bending, and assisting patients with mobility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home health or field-based clinical experience
• Experience treating adult and geriatric patients

Caseload:

• Approximately 20–21 visits per week when working alongside a Physical Therapist
• Up to 30 visits per week, depending on the staffing model and level of PTA support
