Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

📍 Location:
W. W. Hastings Hospital, 100 S Bliss Avenue, Tahlequah, OK 74464
📅Contract: 08/17/2026 – 11/21/2026 (13 Weeks)
🕒Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 3 shifts/week (36 Hours)

Job Summary:
 

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join W. W. Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah, OK. The therapist will provide respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in an acute care setting while working night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment.
• Provide respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies.
• Document patient care using Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist License.
• NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) Certification.
• Minimum 6 months of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Pediatric experience is required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is highly preferred.

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Patient Population: Neonates, Pediatrics & Adults
• Charting System: Cerner
• Dress Code: Burgundy, Maroon, or Wine-colored Scrubs
